From June 2022 (when council stopped their videos) until 2 years later (when the stated mandated meetings be videoed) Sheila videoed and posted the meetings.

Led citizens in person and online to study and stop the new Home Rule Charter from being adopted in October of 2023.

Facebook group, Concerned Citizens for Sulphur, formed for citizens to have a place to "gather" and discuss happenings in the city.

AG was contacted by Sheila for inappropriate actions by the council against citizens.
